How do I get started?

Create a free account, choose a template, and you will be ready to print within minutes. No installation required for the browser-based version.

What file types can I import for bulk printing?

We accept CSV, XLSX, and JSON files. You can map any column to any field in your template using the visual mapping editor.

What printer formats are supported?

We support popular label printers including Zebra, Brother, Dymo, and Honeywell. You can also export to PDF for any printer.

Can I use the app without an internet connection?

Yes. The Windows, macOS, and mobile apps support offline mode. Print jobs are queued locally and sync as soon as the connection is restored.

Is my data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We host on SOC 2-compliant cloud infrastructure and perform regular backups.

How do I get support?

Free plan users get email support. Pro users get live chat. Business users get priority support with a dedicated account manager.

Can I integrate the app with my ERP system?

Yes. Our REST API (Business plan) lets you connect any ERP, inventory system, or database to trigger printing programmatically.

Does the app support custom label sizes?

Absolutely. You can enter any custom dimensions in mm or inches, or choose from a list of standard label sizes.
